Oversees the operational strategy, ensuring the smooth execution of water quality management programs.
IT Management& Maintenance
Develops and maintains customized native and hybrid mobile apps, dashboards, and analytical tools, ensuring smooth data integration and analysis. They manage server operations, coordinate with teams, and prepare GIS maps for the Water Quality Dashboard.
HR & Accountants
This team manages talent acquisition, employee relations, and financial operations, supporting our growth and ensuring effective resource management.
Project Manager
Manages projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
District Consultants (DC)
District Consultants oversee regular water quality testing in villages, schools, and AWCs. They manage lab supplies, equipment maintenance, and data monitoring, collaborating with experts and officials for effective water quality management.
Water Quality Analysts/Program Coordinators
Ensure the smooth operation of the Water Quality Monitoring system, coordinating with district consultants and testing teams. They analyze data, prepare reports, and monitor the Water Quality Mobile App and State Dashboard, leading to system improvements.
Onsite Testing Team
Operates mobile laboratory vans and bikes, providing automated water testing in rural areas. These mobile units also raise awareness on water quality and hygiene through IEC activities.
District Project Management Unit (DPMU)
Works closely with the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation to implement rural water supply schemes and monitor water quality. The DPMU team focuses on data management, project evaluation, and sharing lessons across districts to improve performance. It includes experts like the Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Project Manager, Data Analyst, and IEC Specialist.
